A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Manager to join our team.
Udny Station Preschool and Playgroup are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Manager to join our team 5 days a week (start and finish times to be discussed and confirmed). This will be a permanent post with a 6 month probationary period.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm to the role through engaging with professional learning and helping to develop a positive ethos. They will be self-driven and contribute fully to the aims and work of Udny Station Pre-school and Playgroup, to facilitate the high standard of care and education of our children.
The successful applicant will have experience of working in a childcare setting and will have SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) SCQF Level 7 or will have or working towards BA Childhood Practice qualification (or equivalent qualification). The applicant is required to be registered or register within 6 months with SSSC.
This post is regulated work with children and is subject to the provisions of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups, PVG (Scotland). Successful applicants must be or agree to become members of the PVG Scheme, providing an enhanced disclosure.
